Japan PM Noda at press conference after APEC summit
HONOLULU, United States - Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda speaks at a press conference after the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum summit closed in Honolulu, Hawaii, on Nov. 13, 2011. The Japanese leader announced during the two-day meeting his nation's policy of joining multilateral talks on the Trans-Pacific Partnership, a free trade framework currently involving nine APEC countries.
