Japanese aid worker Konnai returns from quake-hit Turkey
NARITA, Japan - Miyuki Konnai, a 32-year-old Japanese aid worker, on Nov. 16, 2011, shows a piece of debris which she brought back from quake-hit Turkey, during a press conference at Narita airport in Chiba Prefecture. Konnai, a member of the Association for Aid and Relief, Japan, was rescued after a hotel where she was staying collapsed in the earthquake that hit eastern Turkey on Nov. 9, 2011. Konnai had been engaging in relief efforts after a major quake in October devastated the area.
