Nissan's Leaf EV wins Car of the Year Japan award

TOKYO, Japan - Toshiyuki Shiga, chief operating officer of Nissan Motor Co., holds the trophy while standing beside the Leaf electric vehicle at the Tokyo Motor Show on Dec. 3, 2011. The Leaf was selected as the 2011-2012 Car of the Year Japan award winner.
