Japan's nuclear stress tests consistent with IAEA standards

TOKYO, Japan - James Lyons (L), nuclear installation safety director of the International Atomic Energy Agency's Nuclear Installation Safety Division, hands a report to Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency Director General Hiroyuki Fukano (R) in Tokyo on Jan. 31, 2012.
