Fukushima spa resort fully reopens

IWAKI, Japan - The Hula Girls, a team of hula dancers at the Spa Resort Hawaiians leisure complex in Iwaki, Fukushima Prefecture, line up at its entrance to welcome guests on Feb. 8, 2012, when the facility fully reopened 11 months after the March disaster.
