Minamisoma mayor to run in Tokyo Marathon

FUKUSHIMA, Japan - Katsunobu Sakurai, mayor of Minamisoma, Fukushima Prefecture, runs on the morning of Feb. 20, 2012, in the city, which was hit by the March 11 earthquake and tsunami and ensuing nuclear disaster. Sakurai plans to participate in the Tokyo Marathon 2012 on Feb. 26 to run the full race.
