Fukushima's Hirono town hall returns home

HIRONO, Japan - An employee (R) of the town of Hirono, Fukushima Prefecture, speaks to a woman about procedures to return to the town on March 1, 2012, at the town hall where the municipal government returned that day, ending its evacuation following the nuclear crisis at the Fukushima Daiichi power plant. Hirono is just outside the no-entry zone 20 kilometers from the crippled plant.
