N. Korean orchestra plans U.S. tour

ATLANTA, United States - Global Resource Services Inc. President Robert Springs speaks during a press conference in Atlanta, Georgia, on March 22, 2012. He said North Korea's National Symphony Orchestra is planning an 18-day U.S. tour later in 2012, beginning in Atlanta and ending in New York, according to the nongovernmental organization which is preparing to take an American musical group to the reclusive country in April.
