Japan successfully launches satellites into orbit
TANEGASHIMA, Japan - An H-2A rocket is launched from the Tanegashima Space Center in Kagoshima Prefecture, southwestern Japan, in the early hours of May 18, 2012. The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. said they successfully launched into space the H-2A rocket carrying four satellites, including the agency's Shizuku climate change observation satellite and a South Korean multipurpose observation satellite.
