Tokyo High Court grants retrial to Nepalese man

TOKYO, Japan - Photo shows an apartment building in Tokyo's Shibuya Ward where a 39-year-old woman, an employee of Tokyo Electric Power Co., was murdered in 1997, on June 4, 2012. The Tokyo High Court decided June 7, 2012, to reopen a high-profile murder case in which Govinda Prasad Mainali was sentenced to life imprisonment for killing the woman in the apartment.
