Okinawa governor opposes Osprey deployment
TOKYO, Japan - Okinawa Gov. Hirokazu Nakaima (L) and Japanese Foreign Minister Koichiro Gemba (2nd from R) hold talks at the Foreign Ministry in Tokyo on June 19, 2012. Nakaima urged the Japanese government to stop the planned deployment of MV-22 Osprey aircraft at the U.S. Marine Corps' Futenma Air Station in the southern island prefecture.
