Reactor restarted at Oi plant in Fukui Pref.

OI, Japan - Photo taken at 9:11 p.m. on July 1, 2012, shows the No. 3 reactor building (2nd from L) at Kansai Electric Power Co.'s Oi nuclear power plant in the town of Oi, Fukui Prefecture, on the Sea of Japan coast. The utility reactivated the No. 3 reactor by pulling out control rods from around 9 p.m. the same day.
