Toyota uses Singapore as test ground for 1-seater electric vehicle

SINGAPORE, Singapore - Japan's Toyota Tsusho Corp. launches a project on July 19, 2012, to test COMS, a single-seat electric vehicle, at the campus of the National University of Singapore. The super-compact electric vehicle was made by Toyota Auto Body Co., part of the Toyota group, for the Southeast Asian market.
