LONDON, Britain - South African Oscar Pistorius, double-amputee runner, starts running in the men's 400 meters semifinals at the 2012 London Olympics at Olympic Stadium on Aug. 5, 2012. Pistorius finished last with a time of 46.54 seconds and did not qualify for the finals.
