H.K. activists nabbed after landing Senkaku isle

NAHA, Japan - Five activists from a Hong Kong-based group seeking to assert China's claim to the Japanese-controlled Senkaku Islands in the East China Sea are escorted to a port in Naha, Okinawa Prefecture, on Aug. 16, 2012, following their arrest the previous day for landing on one of the isles. A total of 14 people were arrested by the Okinawa prefectural police and Japan Coast Guard for violating Japan's immigration control law after seven of them, including the five, landed on Uotsuri Island on Aug. 15, 2012.
