Okinawa urges discipline by U.S. military

NAHA, Japan - Okinawa Gov. Hirokazu Nakaima (R) and Alfred Magleby, the new U.S. consul general in the prefecture, meet at the Okinawa prefectural hall in Naha on Aug. 20, 2012.
