Japan brands Osprey safe

TOKYO, Japan - Japanese Defense Minister Satoshi Morimoto (R) and Foreign Minister Koichiro Gemba (L) declare in Tokyo on Sept. 19, 2012, that U.S. Marine Corps MV-22 Osprey tilt-rotor aircraft to be deployed at an air base in Okinawa Prefecture are safe to fly in Japanese skies.
