BOJ eases monetary policy further

TOKYO, Japan - Bank of Japan Governor Masaaki Shirakawa holds a press conference at the central bank's head office in Tokyo on Sept. 19, 2012. The BOJ decided the same day to further ease monetary policy as it downgraded its assessment of the Japanese economy.
