China's Bo Xilai expelled from Communist Party
TOKYO, Japan - File photo shows then Chongqing party boss Bo Xilai attending the National People's Congress at Beijing's Great Hall of the People in March 2012. The Communist Party of China on Sept. 28, 2012, expelled Bo from the party and from public office, the official Xinhua News Agency reported. He has been sacked from his position as party chief in Chongqing over a scandal involving his wife's participation in the murder of a British businessman.
