Emperor, empress visit village near Fukushima complex

KAWAUCHI, Japan - Emperor Akihito (R, facing a man) and Empress Michiko (next to emperor, bowing) meet with residents living in temporary housing in the village of Kawauchi in Fukushima Prefecture on Oct. 13, 2012.
