Tripartite talks break down
TOKYO, Japan - Shinzo Abe, leader of the main opposition Liberal Democratic Party, speaks during a press conference in Tokyo on Oct. 19, 2012, after meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda and Natsuo Yamaguchi, head of the LDP's ally the New Komeito party.
