Kansai Electric mulling electricity rate hikes

Yagi said Kansai Electric is considering hiking electricity charges for all of its customers, increasing the likelihood it will become the first utility after Tokyo Electric Power Co. to resort to such action to address business conditions following the 2011 Fukushima Daiichi nuclear crisis.
