SEOUL, South Korea - South Korea's special prosecutor announces the result of a month-long investigation into a controversial land deal for President Lee Myung Bak's now-scrapped retirement home project, in Seoul on Nov. 14, 2012. The prosecutor's team decided against indicting Lee Shi Hyung, the son of President Lee, but referred tax records of the president's 34-year-old son to the National Tax Service for possible gift tax imposition.
