Shimane Pref. opens renovated Takeshima library

MATSUE, Japan - The western Japan prefecture of Shimane reopens Nov. 14, 2012, a library dedicated to materials on the Takeshima islands, the focus of a territorial row with South Korea, after a period of renovation.
