Renault, Nissan finalize deal to buy Avtovaz

MOSCOW, Russia - Carlos Ghosn, president and chief executive officer of Nissan Motor Co., who also heads Renault SA, holds a press conference in Moscow on Dec. 12, 2012. The Renault-Nissan alliance inked a deal the same day to take control of Russia's largest automaker Avtovaz, aiming to further increase their market share there.
