Protest against Osprey deployment

GINOWAN, Japan - People march in Ginowan, Okinawa Prefecture, on Dec. 23, 2012, to protest the deployment of the Osprey tilt-rotor transport aircraft at the U.S. Marine Corps' Futenma Air Station in the city. They also protested a long-stalled plan to relocate the base within Okinawa, and a spate of recent incidents in Okinawa involving U.S. servicemen, which has rekindled local anger against U.S. troops stationed there.
