3 U.S. researchers given Japan Prize

TOKYO, Japan - File photo shows C. Grant Willson, chemistry professor at the University of Texas at Austin. The Japan Prize Foundation said on Jan. 30, 2013, the 2013 Japan Prize will be awarded to three U.S. researchers. Willson is one of the joint winners in the field of materials and production for developing materials that contributed to an innovative semiconductor manufacturing process.
