2 years after N.Z. quake
CHRISTCHURCH, New Zealand - New Zealand Prime Minister John Key speaks during a ceremony to mark the second anniversary of a magnitude-6.3 earthquake near the site of the Canterbury TV building in Christchurch, New Zealand, on Feb. 22, 2013. The building, which housed a language school, collapsed in the quake, claiming the lives of 115 people including students from seven countries including Japan, South Korea and Taiwan.
