Guam rampage suspect pleads not guilty

GUAM, United States - Chad Ryan Desoto, the 21-year-old suspect in the Feb. 12, 2013, rampage on the Pacific island of Guam that left three dead and 12 others injured, appears before the judge in the Superior Court of Guam on Feb. 27, 2013. Through his lawyer, Desoto pleaded not guilty by reason of mental illness.
