4 more people in China infected with H7N9 bird flu

SHANGHAI, China - Shanghai city officials hold a press conference in the Chinese city on an outbreak of bird flu, on April 2, 2013. Four people in Jiangsu Province have been infected with H7N9 type bird flu and are in grave condition, Chinese media said the same day, bringing to seven the number of people in China who have been infected with the H7N9 virus since the first cases were reported March 31.
