TOKYO, Japan - Photo from a Kyodo News helicopter shows Patriot Advanced Capability-3 missile interceptor units deployed on the premises of a Self-Defense Forces facility in Yokosuka, Kanagawa Prefecture, near Tokyo, on April 9, 2013, to prepare for a possible ballistic missile launch by North Korea. Japan set up missile defense systems at key places in Tokyo and surrounding areas the same day to counter the possible launch of ballistic missiles by North Korea, as Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said his government will do all it can to protect Japanese people's lives.
