'Cool Biz' campaign starts in Japan
TOKYO, Japan - An employee at the Environment Ministry walks to work in Okinawa's Kariyushi wear in Tokyo on May 1, 2013, when Japan began its annual "Cool Biz" campaign. The campaign allows government and parliamentary staff to work without their usual ties and jackets to promote energy conservation and combat global warming by reducing the use of air conditioning.
