S. Korea proposes talks with North
SEOUL, South Korea - Kim Hyung Seok, a spokesman for South Korea's Unification Ministry, tells a press conference in Seoul on July 4, 2013, that South Korea proposed earlier in the day working-level talks with North Korea be held July 6 at the truce village of Panmunjeom to discuss issues related to the suspended joint industrial complex in the North's border city of Kaesong.
