TOKYO, Japan - Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko wave at JR Tokyo Station on July 22, 2013, before leaving for Fukushima Prefecture, for a visit to see areas and meet people still suffering from the aftermath of the nuclear accident triggered by the devastating earthquake and tsunami in March 2011.

                      Japan: M6.0 Earthquake Strikes Off Fukushima Coast, No Tsunami Warning Issued

                      A magnitude 6.0 earthquake struck off the coast of Fukushima, Japan on April 4 around 12:16 p.m. The depth of the epicenter was approximately 40 km. No tsunami warning was issued. This video shows the ceiling lights and power lines shaking at the JR Natori Station in Miyagi Prefecture.
