Japan calls for Vietnam's help on N. Korean abduction issue
HANOI, Vietnam - Keiji Furuya (L), Japan's state minister in charge of the issue of North Korea's abductions of Japanese nationals, holds talks with Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung at the prime minister's office in Hanoi on July 29, 2013.
