Top court voids inheritance clause
TOKYO, Japan - A lawyer holds a banner that reads "unconstitutional" outside the Supreme Court in Tokyo on Sept. 4, 2013, after the top court ruled a Civil Code clause granting less inheritance to children born out of wedlock compared to siblings of married parents is unconstitutional.
