OSAKA, Japan - Oriol Montal (C), general manager of the Ritz-Carlton Osaka hotel, and other officials bow in apology during a press conference in Osaka, western Japan, on Oct. 26, 2013. The hotel admitted that some of the premium ingredients listed on its restaurant and room service menus were substituted with cheaper or more easily sourced produce in dishes served to guests.
