Elderly couple opt to stay in Fukushima village

FUKUSHIMA, Japan - Kinjiro Ide (R) and his wife Toshi pull up a Japanese radish in their vegetable garden in the village of Kawauchi, Fukushima Prefecture, on Nov. 2, 2013.
