TPP talks in Singapore

SINGAPORE, Singapore - Yasutoshi Nishimura, senior vice minister of Japan's Cabinet Office, answers a reporter's question after arriving Dec. 6, 2013 in Singapore, where ministers from 12 countries involved in the Trans-Pacific Partnership free trade negotiations will begin talks the following day. Nishimura was sent to Singapore in place of Japan's minister in charge of the TPP negotiations, Akira Amari, who said the previous day that he has been diagnosed with tongue cancer.
