Rakuten Tanaka talks could start as early as Monday

LAKE BUENA VISTA, United States - Yozo Tachibana, president of Japanese professional baseball club Rakuten Eagles, speaks to reporters at Major League Baseball's Winter Meetings in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, on Dec. 10.
