TOKYO, Japan - Japan's education minister Hakubun Shimomura holds a press conference in Tokyo on Jan. 28, 2014. He announced that the education ministry has revised its teaching manuals for junior and senior high schools to describe the disputed Senkaku Islands and Takeshima islets as "integral parts of Japanese territory."
