JUBA, South Sudan - Col. Kenichi Igawa, who leads a Ground Self-Defense Force engineering unit in South Sudan, is interviewed by Kyodo News in the capital Juba on Feb. 12, 2014. The Japanese unit is taking part in a U.N. peacekeeping mission in the African country.
