Kintetsu to become holding company

OSAKA, Japan - Tetsuya Kobayashi, president of railway operator Kintetsu Corp., tells a press conference in Osaka on Feb. 25, 2014, that Kintetsu will become a holding company, possibly in April 2015, to enhance group governance.
