Promoting snow shoveling as sport

SAPPORO, Japan - Photo shows Hiroyuki Matsushiro, who heads a nationwide association to promote snow shoveling, in Otaru, Hokkaido, northern Japan, on Feb. 24, 2014. Matsushiro established the association with the aim of turning the work of shoveling snow into a seasonal sport.
