Temple's 'light box' shines hope on disaster-hit Ishinomaki

ISHINOMAKI, Japan - Visitors at a Buddhist temple in Ishinomaki, Miyagi Prefecture, look at a colorful light box decoration made with colored cellophane and other materials by survivors of the March 2011 earthquake and tsunami, on March 10, 2014. The temple unveiled the light box to bring hope to the disaster-hit city as it marked the third anniversary of the catastrophe.
