Hakodate city suit over MOX reactor

The city of Hakodate filed a lawsuit on April 3, 2014, against the Japanese state government and Electric Power Development Co. seeking suspension of the construction of a plutonium-uranium mixed oxide fuel reactor at the Oma plant due to safety concerns.
