OSAKA, Japan - Sharp Corp. President Kozo Takahashi (R) receives an IEEE Milestone award on June 10, 2014, in Osaka for the company's contribution to the advancement of the liquid crystal display industry. The IEEE, based in the United States, is the world's largest nonprofit association of electrical and electronics engineers.
