Tokyo's 2nd tallest complex Toranomon Hills opens
TOKYO, Japan - People gather for an opening ceremony for the 247-meter-high Toranomon Hills, the second tallest building in Tokyo, on June 11, 2014. The new 52-story skyscraper was built on a road that will connect key facilities for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
