FUKUOKA, Japan - A radio capable of receiving images under the new V-Low multimedia broadcasting system is displayed in Fukuoka, southwestern Japan, on July 3, 2014. The system uses vacant spaces in the analog TV/radio frequency spectrum made available after Japan's switch to digital broadcasting.
