Man arrested over shooting wife dead

TOKYO, Japan - Photo taken on the night of July 6, 2014, shows a cafe of a hotel in Tokyo's Ikebukuro district, shortly after a man allegedly shot his wife dead there. The man, a 54-year-old Chinese national living in Tokyo's Itabashi Ward, was seized by cafe employees and arrested at the scene by police.
